Join Inspemon, an innovative startup developing automated 3D LiDAR acquisition systems for industrial and research applications.
As a Production & Operations Manager, you’ll be the link between suppliers, clients, and the internal production team.
You will coordinate manufacturing, manage logistics and billing, and ensure efficient communication across all partners.
If you’re organized, detail-oriented, and thrive in dynamic environments, you’ll play a key role in scaling Inspemon’s production capabilities.

Our Missions

  • Manage and coordinate suppliers, manufacturers, and logistics partners

  • Plan and monitor production schedules and inventory levels

  • Oversee customer deliveries, invoicing, and project follow-up

  • Communicate fluently in English with international suppliers and clients

  • Help structure and improve internal operational processes

Your profile

  • Degree in Industrial Management, Supply Chain, or Operations (Bac+2 to Bac+5)

  • Proven experience or strong motivation in production coordination

  • Excellent English communication skills (oral & written)

  • Proficiency with office tools and ideally an ERP/CRM system

  • Organized, autonomous, and proactive mindset
